I went to Foundation Brewery last weekend located on 1 Industrial Way #7 in Portland, ME📍 I not only came here to try their awesome selection of beer 🍻 but to try their detroit style pizza. Detroit style pizza🍕 is typically made in a rectangular pan and has a thick crispy crust. This pizza lived up to the hype as the crust on this was cooked to perfection.

We ended up getting their hot buzz pizza and adding pepperoni. They have quite a number of different pizza options and you can customize to your liking. The hot buzz pizza had mushrooms🍄, roasted garlic🧄, gorgonzola and hot honey🌶️ 🍯. The roasted garlic pieces were amazing! If you are a garlic fan like myself you’d be in heaven with this pizza 9/10.

For beer we got a flight and my personal favorite was the raspberry🍓 my jam. I’m a sour lover when it comes to beer so that is all personal preference for me!

Check out this spot next time you are visiting portland. Industrial way has a ton of great brewery options so don’t skip out on foundation!
