🍽️ Food Review: Il Teatro Ristorante at Le Capitole Hotel, Quebec City 🇨🇦
For starters, we had the Burrata appetizer 🧀—Fresh pasta filata cheese, blackberries, cherry tomatoes, fig balsamic, mint, basil, and pine nuts. The combo of blackberries and tomatoes was interesting! I really enjoyed it, though I wished they stuck with one or the other. Also, I hoped for the burrata to have a bit more of that oozy goodness, if you know what I mean? 7/10.
For our mains:
💡 The restaurant has a moody, intimate ambiance, perfect for a date night. Just keep in mind, you’ll be paying a bit extra for the experience.
Food: 9/10 (Don’t miss the scallops, trust me!) Ambiance: 8/10 Affordability: 4/10 (pricey but worth it!)
