Love brunch and salsa 💃 dancing? Rosa Mexicano located on 155 Seaport Blvd, Boston, MA should be your new brunch spot📍
For drinks we had a frozen pomegranate margarita and a cocojito 🍹 .
For an appetizer we had their ceviche flight. Shrimp🦐, salmon and tuna ceviche all in one dish.
My personal favorite was the shrimp ceviche-it had a nice spicy kick to it!
We also had their french toast and steak 🥩and eggs🍳. The steak and eggs contained an 8oz grilled certified angus beef ny strip steak, two eggs any style, chile roasted potatoes, cambray onions, salsa molcajet, and flour tortillas. This is a huge plate of food and can definitely be split with multiple people!
For dessert we had their churros, margarita lime tart, and flan🍮
My personal favorite was the margarita lime tart which contained Corralejo reposado tequila, triple sec, lime zest, baked in an árbol graham cracker crust topped with whipped cream.
If you are looking for a new fun brunch spot in the seaport area of Boston dance your way over to Rosa Mexicano!
