🌶️🍴 I went to Tribos Peri Peri Chicken at Assembly Square, nestled at 431 Artisan Way in Somerville🚶♂️🌆 This casual, to-go gem serves up everything from wings 🍗, burgers 🍔, to delectable bowls 🥙.
🥇 The star of the show was the Fusion Fry Bowl with chicken 🐔. Imagine a medley of tantalizing sauces 🌈, perfectly seasoned fries 🍟, all nestled with crisp lettuce 🥗. It’s like a Big Mac took a gourmet turn and decided to become a bowl - absolute perfection, scoring a whopping 10/10! 🎉
🍽️ Our feast continued with the Original Platter featuring a whole chicken 🐓 paired with rice 🍚 that whispered tales of Indian basmati, but with a cheeky kick 🌶️. The chicken? Oh, it was a symphony of flavors, with wings so tender, it fell off the bone!
🔥 The lamb chops entered the scene, juicy and bold, packed with spice 🔪🌶️. We bravely set our spice level to medium, which proved to be a fiery challenge for my usually spice-friendly palate 🤯
🍔 The lamb burger, a classic with a twist, came with fresh pickles on a traditional bun, scoring a solid 8/10.
🍰 Dessert was their classic chocolate cake 🍫. Standard fare, it’s a 5/10 for me - not the highlight, but a sweet end to our meal.
